About Greyhound Manor:
In 1866 John Sicking purchased the property and built a house in 1866.

The house has been known throughout its history as the Sicking-Banister-Cook House.

The current owners, Jim and Sam Fulton, acquired the property in December 2017 and have completely remodeled and renamed the home Greyhound Manor.

The property consists of four independent structures: Main House (5,000 sf), Carriage House (3,000 sf), original Smokehouse (60 sf) and Utility Building (200 sf).

All the rooms in the original Sicking structure facing Ridge Ave., have been restored. The five original fireplaces (four Rookwood), have been converted to gas log and in excellent working condition. The original wood flooring staircases, and corridors are restored. All chandeliers are vintage and converted to LED. The expanded kitchens have custom cabinetry two of every appliance and also houses an elevator.

Landscaping improvements include Greyhound turf track play yard, flagstone “dry stack” wall and patio. The home features hundreds of pieces of Greyhound artwork.
